In 2007 Morelock-Ross Properties employed Marshall-Waters-Woody to design a new condominium project locate at Table Rock lake, Missouri. The project entailed multiple buildings located on the site with amenities such as a community building with pool, boat dock and garage buildings for vehicles. Each building comprised of four floors with six units per floor. Each two and three-bedroom units amounted to 1800 sf of the 10,500 sf/floor.
To keep up with the growing campus and Greek System at Southwest Missouri Sate University (now Missouri State University), Alpha Delta Pi committed to building a new House that could accommodate additional students. The new house accommodates a total of 56 students in 17 bedrooms. In addition to the typical support functions of general living space, a TV room, laundry, dining room with adjacent full-service kitchen, and the chapter room located in the basement, were designed to accommodate the entire chapter. Inclusive in the space was accommodations for a live-in “house mom”. The all-brick building was reminiscent of FLW’s “Prairie Style” architecture with large overhangs, low slope roof planes, and horizontal banding.
